This course is designed to support and improve the gains students accomplisched as part of their participation in EnglishA¡. Students will continue to explore and work on improving their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in the English language. Furthermore, students will participate in group discussions; prepare written reports in-class with those groups. Additionally, students will prepare for and take quizzes focused on level appropriate vocabulary and other word groups; students will participate in lectures with a native English speaker.Finally, students will read English language stories throughout the course that focus on various cultural themes, as well as stories concerning their course of study and through that develop and improve their English reading comprehension, and reading speed in English. |
